Decide which Package you want – Essentials, Standard, Premium, or Ultimate.

Then, contact family and friends and have them gather photos/videos. Any and all photos will work. Digital files from your phone or any online photos or cloud storage work best.

Next, when all of the photos/videos have been gathered, determine a Contact Person – family or friend – to be the one voice to provide instruction, ensure accuracy, accountability, and completion. One person only.
How do we get the photos/videos to RAZO Memorial?
There are 2 ways to do this:
Option 1
Upload your photos/videos
to an online cloud storage company and share the link.
What do you mean?
You can use a company like Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, etc. that you already have an account with to share with RAZO Memorial.
If you do not have an account, you will need to create one.
After all of the photos/video files have been uploaded and reviewed, the designated Contact Person will email RAZO Memorial a link to "share" or provide access to download your media to our computer system.
Option 2
You could email them to us.
What do you mean?
We have found that this is a simple and not very complicated method.

Images should be 2-5MB.
